Select New file.
Open a Image from your PC.
Select the image and move it on your New File.
Take Custom Shape from Tool Bar / Path Option, Draw
Path on the Image.
Press Ctrl+Enter and the Path will be selected.
Go to Layer - Add Layer Mask – Reveal Selection.
