The Principles of Design are
concepts used to organize or arrange the structural elements of design. The way
in which these principles are applied affects the expressive content, or the
message of the work.

- Proportion
- Rhythm
- Dominance in Graphic Design
- Unity
There are some very basic
principles of design that are important to know whether you’re a graphic
designer, web designer, or even an animator. Certain very basic design
principles apply to all artistic fields and are necessary for the artist and
valuable for the viewer.
